This Buckwheat flower essence had been calling to Gaby for some time, and it was crafted the week before her 30th birthday. In the honoring of a new decade, she felt this essence potent in it's delicious unearthing and healing of connecting with Grandmother spirits, feeling guided by her ancestors, and even hormonal healing through the womb ~ From grandmother, to mother, to her.

        Each essence has called upon Gaby in meditation to be made. It is through our human bodies that Earth and Spirit co-create, and essence medicine is a perfect expression of this sacred partnership. Every plant is harvested with intention—Reiki, prayer, and presence—crafted in sacred space alongside the Sun and spiritual guidance.
