Each class is comprised of a channeled energy healing in connection with Source, our hearts, and the Great Mother, personal writing and integration time, and group sharing and reflection.

A yearly Springtime gathering for connection with your true essence of Self, the Divine, and pure Source consciousness.

We meet bi-weekly over our 2 months together, from Winter to Spring.

Sessions are 90 min-2 hours. We will block off 2 hours for each class, with the flexibility to end early if we are complete with that sessions transmission.

Each class is comprised of a channeled energy healing in connection with Source, our hearts, and the Great Mother, personal writing and integration time, and group sharing and reflection. If you are familiar with the original format of the Flower Portal membership, the frequency and format is similar - now more potent, contained, and deeply transformational. This is the work with the Divine Mother, to heal through compassion, surrender, and allowing ourselves to be held without strings attached.

Dates:

We will be in circle March, April, and May. For 2026, our meeting time is Saturdays from 10am-12pm PST.

  • While live participation is deeply encouraged to fully connect with the community and the healing transmissions, all classes are recorded and uploaded to an online portal, so you can (re) watch/listen.

  • Forever - enjoy! :)

  • Anyone who feels called to join is welcome. All "levels", all folks.

  • Each class is 90 minutes -2 hours. We will block of 2 hours for each class, and end early if the healing and sharing is complete.

  • This course is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to these practices or already experienced, the teachings will meet you where you are and support your growth.

  • Be present. The more you invest in your journey, the more you’ll receive from the experience.

At the root of everything, I am a healer.

I was born with the gifts of hearing Source clearly and quickly, of feeling the spirits of the plants and Mother Earth, the vibrational fields and other realms, and the ability to give structure to the spiritual. To be in healing and connected to subtle energy, and to hold a space for it all to land with safety and nurturing, is what I do.

I work with what I call essence medicine—the subtle, tickles of energy, the song in the wind, the intuitive whispers, the glance from the cat, the deer in the road, the butterfly one millimeter too close, the numbers on the license plate, the person you were just thinking about calling you…the web we are all a part of, the interconnection of being Here. As we heal, we become more attuned to the mysteries and the magic that surrounds us, all that we cannot see but we might be able to feel or “tap into” if we focus for just a moment.

Through Reiki, meditation, intuitive guidance, and the plants, I create spaces for you to feel empowered, nurtured, and peacefully aligned and accepting with your path.

With years of study, hands-on experience, guidance from incredible mentors, and a deeply personal journey of healing and self-discovery, I’ve cultivated a practice rooted in connection, compassion, and true healing.

My (official) journey into this work began with curiosity and a willingness to follow my intuition. In 2020, I signed up for a Reiki training on a whim, not knowing how profoundly it would transform my life. It reminded me of my first meditation class at age 21 in New York City, where I walked out thinking, “I have to do this everyday the rest of my life.” Both of these experiences brought me closer to my truth as a practitioner.

Today, I see clients one on one, hold group workshops, and host Spiral Deeper, my podcast established in February 2024.
