| The Stories of the Flowers in this Remedy |
Lupin grows in community, yet each flower stands completely unique and beautiful. Gaby waited a full year to make this essence, and so when she did, it was with so much excitement and presence. Why so long? Because flower essences are made when the flower is at its peak expression. When Gaby first met Lupin, the season was coming to an end, and it would not have been the optimal time to harvest and create. The following Spring, Lupin was first on her list to tune in with. Thank you Lupin for your medicine! What a gift of patience and promise.

Each essence has called upon Gaby in meditation to be made. It is through our human bodies that Earth and Spirit co-create, and essence medicine is a perfect expression of this sacred partnership. Every plant is harvested with intention—Reiki, prayer, and presence—crafted in sacred space alongside the Sun and spiritual guidance.
These essences are created with reciprocity and reverence, in alignment with the Wise Woman tradition and the harvesting ethics taught in Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. Gaby opens and closes each ceremony as she would a healing session—with the Seven Directions, Reiki, and deep co-creation between Heaven and Earth. The flower essences are the living bridge. |
