Secondary Colors will be offered for the first time this Summer, as requested by you! Anyone who has participated in Root to Crown is welcome to join.

Each virtual class is recorded and uploaded to an online portal for easy access. While attending live is highly encouraged to honor the circle we are creating together, all sessions can be revisited.

Classes are 90 minutes long, except for Week 1 and Week 13, which are 2 hours each. Each class includes a healing element—such as a meditation, Reiki, or an embodied spiritual practice—alongside a lecture and time for questions and sharing.

Secondary Colors will include more home practices and accountability for routines and rituals to opt-into.

Dates:

We will meet for 13 weeks from July-October. Our first class is July 3!

Live classes are Thursdays at 9am PST / 11am CST / 12pm EST.

Throughout this journey, we will deepen our connection to ourselves, each other, the elements, and our spiritual practices. Secondary Colors includes more suggested home practices, devotion to our practices, and 1:1 healing sessions with Gaby. We will not only integrate our foundational learnings but also embark on a playful and enriching journey through the secondary colors, bringing in the fiery energy of summer for deeper connection and transformation.

Secondary Colors continues to offer a rich blend of resources, both group and personal energy healing, and a longer form container, blending spiritual wisdom and tangible practices expanding on Gaby’s core teachings and personal practices. This course is an invitation to deepen your spiritual and embodied wisdom while embodying new ways of self-expression, creativity, and ritual.

    Introductions, intention setting, honoring the lineages and teachers we are learning from, reviewing Root to Crown learnings, and receiving Reiki.

    Exploring personal power, will-power, trust, boundaries, digesting life, and the connection between the gut and intuition.

    This class will meet in the evening at 4:30pm PST / 6:30pm CST / 7:30pm EST. Our guest teacher is joining us from Australia and it will be 9:30am for her

The cost of tuition for the 8 week live program is $3,400. This includes Gaby’s time and experience, energy healing and guided meditation recordings throughout the course, compensating our guest experts, and to support expenses that make the course happen. Tuition is offered at a sliding scale with payment plan options.

BIPOC discount of 11% is available at any sliding scale option.

  • Each class is 90 minutes, except for Week 1 and Week 8, which are 2 hours. In addition to live sessions, there may be optional home practices and reflections. You will have access to the recordings to revisit at your own pace.

  • Be present with the live classes, reflect on the material, and make the home practices your own. The more you invest in your journey, the more you’ll receive from the experience.
