In Secondary Colors, we pick up where we left off in Root to Crown. In Root to Crown, we explored the foundational energy centers, Root, Heart, and Crown. If we think of these as our ‘primary colors’, then this course takes us through the secondary colors. Here, we integrate what we have learned in Root to Crown: grounding through seasons of change and re-membering your true essence, and playfully dive deeper into the themes of the solar plexus, the throat chakra, all under the portal of the South, Summer.
Throughout this journey, we will deepen our connection to ourselves, each other, the elements, and our spiritual practices. Secondary Colors includes more suggested home practices, devotion to our practices, and 1:1 healing sessions with Gaby. We will not only integrate our foundational learnings but also embark on a playful and enriching journey through the secondary colors, bringing in the fiery energy of summer for deeper connection and transformation.
Secondary Colors continues to offer a rich blend of resources, both group and personal energy healing, and a longer form container, blending spiritual wisdom and tangible practices expanding on Gaby’s core teachings and personal practices. This course is an invitation to deepen your spiritual and embodied wisdom while embodying new ways of self-expression, creativity, and ritual.

Course Syllabus
Week 01: Opening Ceremony, introductions, setting the intention for being here, honoring the lineages and teachers we are learning from. Topics include: Yin/Yang, The Wheel of the Year, The Seasons, The Archetypes, Times of Day, Heaven and Earth, The Elements, The Three Dantians, The Chakra System, The Planetary Days of the Week, and Home Practice begins.
Week 02: The Root and the Hara, The Root Chakra, Understanding the Needs of the Chakra, Correlation with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, The Nervous System, Grounding, Nourishing Herbs, Q&A, and a Home Practice.
Week 03: Root Guest Expert Teacher: Kristen Cassie – Somatic Healing and Herbs
Week 04: The Heart Chakra as the Compass: Anatomy of the Heart, The Ancient Wisdom of the Heart, The Temple, The Bridge Between Heaven and Earth, and Devotion.
Week 05: Heart Guest Expert Teacher: Ali Ofstedal – Navigating from the Heart
Week 06: Crown Chakra and the Upper Dantian, Divine Connection, Quantum Mechanics, Our Spiritual Teams, Signs & Developing Our Personal Dictionary, Archangels, The Importance of Stillness and Silence.
Week 07: Crown Guest Expert Teacher: Melanie Esperon – The Clairs and Communicating with Our Teams

Root to Crown, Fall 2024
The cost of tuition for the 8-week live program is $2,200. This includes Gaby’s time and experience, energy healing and guided meditation recordings throughout the course, compensation for guest experts, and expenses that support the space.
Tuition is offered on a sliding scale with payment plans available.

At the root of everything, I am a healer. I was born with the gifts of hearing Source clearly and quickly, of feeling the spirits of the plants and Mother Earth, the vibrational fields and other realms, and the ability to give structure to the spiritual. To be in healing and connected to subtle energy, and to hold a space for it all to land with safety and nurturing, is what I do.
I work with what I call essence medicine—the subtle, tickles of energy, the song in the wind, the intuitive whispers, the glance from the cat, the deer in the road, the butterfly one millimeter too close, the numbers on the license plate, the person you were just thinking about calling you…the web we are all a part of, the interconnection of being Here. As we heal, we become more attuned to the mysteries and the magic that surrounds us, all that we cannot see but we might be able to feel or “tap into” if we focus for just a moment.
Through Reiki, meditation, intuitive guidance, and the plants, I create spaces for you to feel empowered, nurtured, and peacefully aligned and accepting with your path.
With years of study, hands-on experience, guidance from incredible mentors, and a deeply personal journey of healing and self-discovery, I’ve cultivated a practice rooted in connection, compassion, and true healing.
My (official) journey into this work began with curiosity and a willingness to follow my intuition. In 2020, I signed up for a Reiki training on a whim, not knowing how profoundly it would transform my life. It reminded me of my first meditation class at age 21 in New York City, where I walked out thinking, “I have to do this everyday the rest of my life.” Both of these experiences brought me closer to my truth as a practitioner.
Today, I see clients one on one and hold group workshops, and host Spiral Deeper, my podcast established in February 2024.

Over the last 13 years, Gaby has been a student of the spiritual and earthly realms of meditation, herbalism, Reiki, channeling, building businesses and creative endeavors, all after guiding herself through many dark nights of depression, anxiety, and simply not wanting to be here anymore. She loves to focus on foundational daily practices that over time, create inner compassion, softness, and connectedness with the beauty that surrounds us.
