Each essence has called upon Gaby in meditation to be made. It is our human bodies that get to be the channels for Earth and Spirit to co-create, and essence medicine is a perfect example of this. Each plant is harvested with Reiki, prayer, in ceremony, and the essences are made in sacred space with the collaboration of the Sun and Reiki.
When we intake the vibrational imprint of the flower, the waters of our own bodies (remember, our bodies are made of 70% water) are tuned like a radio to that higher frequency. Each plant carries its own unique healing frequency and gift, and when we work with them, we get to receive emotional and spiritual healing from the plants in the most subtle yet profound of ways.

You can work with flower essences in many ways. They work best with consistent use, small doses, frequently (ie. a few drops a few times a day, NOT one dropper-full once a day).
If you would like to work with a remedy regularly: take a moment and take 4 drops under the tongue, 4x / day. This dosing will mean that one bottle will last about one month.
You can also take a remedy as needed or as desired. If you have never worked with them before, start with the regular dosing listed above. If you are more attuned to the subtle, play with your personal cycles and needs.
Starlight can be taken alongside any other remedy, kind of like a “rescue remedy” for support in any moment.

The regular (organic brandy or vodka) based essences are good for 10ish years. The alcohol-free (coconut-derived glycerin) essences are good for 5-7 years. They can be wherever you are, we just do not recommend keeping them in a hot car for days on end; it dilutes the vibe. One bottle will last you about a month, and is one full dose.

Here’s how to care for each part of of the lifecycle of order:
Essence Bottle: Glass bottle is recyclable. Remove and separate plastic/rubber cap before recycling; some local places will allow the rubber and plastic to be recycled. Compostable seal can be composted.
Thank You & Oracle Cards: Printed on recycled paper with soy-based ink—please recycle, or bury or burn in ceremony.
Shipping Mailer: Compostable—please compost or discard in organic waste.
Labels & Stickers: Made with soy-based ink on recycled paper—please recycle or compost.
Packing Materials & Washi Tape: All packing material is mostly recyclable; if it is plastic it has been reused. Washi tape is reusable and recyclable.
