The Sacred Pause Retreat invites you to step away from your daily routine and into your own presence at a gorgeous, private 50 acre estate in Ojai, California. Led by Hillary Power and Paige Appel, this weekend immersion offers highly curated, expert-guided practices to help you tune in to your inner knowing and embody your highest self. Our time together will include intention setting, reflection circles, somatic movement, guided meditation, gentle breathwork, a native plant and folk herbalism medicine-making walk, healing with horses, group reiki, and a tea ceremony. You will leave equipped with tools to integrate our retreat practices into your daily life.
